Have you ever wanted to try backpacking? Or you have a couple trips under your belt and want to learn more skills?
HBF Outdoors, LLC. is now offering our Trailblazer’s Weekend. Following our Trailblazer’s Workshop agenda you’ll learn everything needed to be prepared as well as enjoy your trip.
We will cover the following: setting up camp, meal prep, and cooking systems, fire, water purification, proper backpack fit, what gear is needed versus what is NOT needed, how to pack, how to handle unexpected emergencies and more.
Two weeks prior to the trip we’ll meet to cover gear, logistics, and any questions. This is not mandatory but recommended and a great way to meet who you’ll be backpacking with as well as the HBF Outdoors, LLC. team.
We’ll also cover suggested food and trail snacks to carry, how to pack your food, and how to store it at night for safe keeping.
Hikers, upon registration, will receive a confirmation email, location, trip details, and a suggested list of gear need.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% deposit is required at the time of your reservation. If we have to cancel (for reasons of safety, unsafe weather, etc.), we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel less than 72 hours from your scheduled departure date, you would forfeit the deposit.
We do not provide transportation.
All HBF Outdoors, LLC. events and trips are for 18+ years of age. Each participant must fill out and sign a liability and medical waiver before taking part in any HBF Outdoors, LLC, event or trip.
